Rubby Golo, Executive Director
Global Chamber® Accra
Rubby Golo is the Founder/CEO of Global Trade Consult, a Ghanaian-based business consultancy firm supporting overseas companies with business interests in Ghana. The firm helps companies understand, access, and manage business opportunities by helping foreign companies’ trade and invest in Ghana.
Rubby is a Trade & Investment expert with wealth of experience and demonstrated history of working in the International Trade & Investment space for almost two decades with the Department for International Trade (DTI) in Accra before setting up her business.
She is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Livestock & Fisheries Chamber, Board Chair for Agriwoman Foundation, Vice Board Chair for Nolle Design, Board Member for JA Ghana, Ghana Advisor for the Scottish Africa Business Association (SABA), Country Advisor for Turnkey International Business Group (Turkey), and Country Business Partner for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC).
Rubby is married, with a lovely daughter and very devoted to her family.
Sharon Matike, Deputy Director
Global Chamber® Accra
Sharon Matike is the Director for her Market Research and Business Development company Afrique Monitor which has footprints in over 30 African markets. Her portfolio includes mainly multinational clients and organisations, and has assisted companies enter or expand their reach in West, East and Central Africa.
Aside being a business consultant and developer, she is an Africa Risk and Due Diligence expert, and collaborates with a number of development agencies to identify and mitigate risks while doing business in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is a connector for business interests in Africa, and is passionate about understanding the culture, environment and business on the continent.
She currently holds a number of Consultancy Expert and Board positions.
Sharon believes Africa is ripe for massive industrialization and prosperity so works hard to attract interest and investment on the continent and helping her clients succeed in Subsaharan African markets.
She is passionate about leadership and believes it’s the first necessary step in building any worthwhile project. She believes character and personal development are keys to a fulfilling
and successful life.
Her extra-curricular interests are in helping to harness proper leadership in African terrains and helping young people adapt the right leadership strategies in their own lives first and in any
sphere they are called upon to serve as leaders.
She is part of a growing crop of young and competent global business leaders whose quest is to help others rise to tell Africa’s success stories.
Komi S Klu, Advisory Board Chair
Global Chamber® Accra
Komi S. Klu is a well-respected Financial Services Executive and investment facilitator with over 20 years of proven success in driving operational efficiencies and spearheading efforts to promote financial and operational efficiency for large global financial institutions, including Capital One Finance and HSBC Bank.
Concurrently, as Chief Investment & Risk Officer of EMIGROUP, Komi is providing leadership and consulting services, assisting African companies in building solutions for large scale, complex business challenges aimed at mitigating risks and driving investment and growth opportunities.
