The company does this in many ways, including independently closing deals on behalf of PGS clientele. Phronetic Growth Solutions understands that everything from training to processes, and even systems within the company, are just as important as a sales representative’s confidence. It is with that insight and a proprietary system, that Matt and the company quickly identify gaps in a sales program and assists in filling them to drive revenue.
Previously, as a Branch Manager for a logistics company, Matt led the charge in building a new office from scratch. This included obtaining $2.2 Million in company revenue, with over 90% of that revenue stemming from new clients to the company. During this time, he oversaw the sales and operations while also training a team to assist in both areas. Matt was no stranger to boot-strapping in this sales process, as he cold-called businesses in order to reach these accomplishments. His career began in sales and continues to be focused on creating mutually-beneficial synergies between organizations.
While obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, Matt studied Political Science and was a cheerleader for four years. He has served as the Chairman of the Membership Committee at The Columbia Club in Indianapolis and on the Executive Committee for the American Heart Association’s Indianapolis Heart and Stroke Ball.
