Kevin Hull - Senior Relationship Manager at BMO Harris Bank. Kevin is an experienced business banking professional and has been in banking since 1987, building business relationships and providing credit and cash management solutions to privately owned organizations. He enables clients to improve or protect profit-margins, increase cash flow and manage risk. Current and past customers include locally based manufacturers, distribution, and service companies; especially those who either import / export products to foreign markets. Kevin has an expertise working with business owners and financial managers on the challenges of cash flow forecasting, export financing, cross border treasury solutions, foreign exchange risk management, business acquisition financing, real estate acquisition, business development, working capital solutions, financial analysis, and networking.
Marianne Hughes - Regional Director at Export-Import Bank of the United States. Marianne Hughes is a Regional Director with EXIM Bank’s West Region. Based at the U.S. Export Assistance Center in Irvine, CA, her work is focused on assisting small businesses increase their international sales. She supports exporters in the Los Angeles area and the State of Arizona. Ms. Hughes joined EXIM Bank in 2001 after spending ten years with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Commercial Service promoting U.S. exports and assisting California exporters. Her prior background has been in sales and marketing. She holds an M.A. in international transactions from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, and a B.A. from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA
Pellson Lau - Regional Export Finance Manager at Small Business Administration. Pellson Lau is the Regional Export Finance Manager for the Office of International Trade, U.S. Small Business Administration. He covers the territories of Southern California and the State of Arizona from his office at the U.S. Export Assistance Center – Los Angeles (USEAC). Prior to the SBA, he amassed over 25 years’ working experience in the banking industry, specializing in international trade operations, commercial lending, credit review and administration, and various government loan guarantee programs through the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and SBA. Pellson holds a Banking Diploma from ifs School of Finance, United Kingdom, a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a MBA from the University of Southern California. He is an enrolled agent licensed by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Pellson is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) and also recently completed the Excellence in Government Fellows Program from the Partnership for Public Service.
