Susan Shultz - CEO at The Board Institute & President at SSA Executive Search International. In 2002, Susan founded The Board Institute to improve boards of directors through a suite of web-based, independent, educational tools to help directors evaluate, educate and benchmark their boards, committees and individual directors. Susan is recognized as a leading expert in corporate governance. She authored the highly acclaimed The Board Book, Making Your Corporate Board a Strategic Force in your Company's Success (AMACOM) and has been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, USA Today, Strategic Finance, the Economist, CFO Magazine, Directorship, Boards & Directors and numerous other media.

Barry Berman - President & CEO at Integritas Consulting. Barry is a international business, management, and corporate consultant, with an esteemed record of accomplishment and achievement in bringing forth new possibilities for organizational life. His participation in innovative ideas and models of individual, organizational and social transformation have impacted such diverse fields as business, education, philosophy, medicine, psychotherapy, developing countries, conflict resolution, and community building. He has participated in creating new ideas in the fields of philosophy, linguistics, leadership and management consulting that has been incorporated by many Fortune 100 companies.  

Barry has worked with such organzations as Accenture, Bell Canada, Alcan, Dow Chemical, Eli Lily, Honeywell, and  Gallo Winery as well as, school administrations,  non-profits such as Colorado Youth at Risk,  and Hemingway Foundation. As a principal in Integritas Consulting Group he has a particular interest in Organizational Culture and the impact “linguistic envrionments” have on people’s thinking, acting and producing results. He promotes a new model of Integrity directly related to workability inside organizational life.

Donaji Montes Estrada - CEO and founder of Intechnational LLC. Donaji runs this​ consulting firm based in the Silicon Valley that helps technology businesses with their international business and projects. Donaji is a bilingual and bicultural professional with 11 years of experience working with technology companies. Donaji worked for The US Mexico Foundation for Science Inc, in the Technology Business Accelerator program (TechBA) in Arizona and Silicon Valley. Donaji holds a BA in Management and Business Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, a University of Cambridge Diploma on Strategic Roadmapping, and a Global Innovation Leadership Workshop Diploma from Stanford University.
