Charles Bernard - Founder and CEO of Criteria for Success, Inc. Charles is an accomplished speaker that has trained thousands of CEOs, Sales Managers, and Salespeople on the art of business relationships, growing revenue, and overcoming challenges.
With over 20 years of experience in direct sales, sales management, recruiting, and training, Charles is a subject-matter expert with a knack for troubleshooting.
He was born in Madrid, Spain and was educated in Surrey, England. Currently, Charles resides in New York City where he is authoring his debut book, “Enabling Buying in a World of Selling".
Andrew Howlett – Manager of Partnerships at Cambridge Global Payments. Andrew has worked in the global payments industry since 2008, starting out in London before relocating to New York a year later. For the past 11 years he has sold foreign exchange solutions and risk management products to hundreds of companies all across the US, covering almost every industry that has a need to make or receive payments internationally. Starting this year, he has helped launch a structured partnership division for Cambridge Global Payments, a Fleetcor Technologies company. Cambridge has typically relied on a direct sales model, but is driving a focus on channel partnerships to better position their solutions and services to drive new business across new markets. Andrew joined the Global Chamber towards the end of 2019 and has rolled out the network to his colleagues across Cambridge’s international offices. He’s desperately trying to improve his golf handicap, and is a NY Giants fan, for better or worse.
Adam Hall – CEO at AM Hall Consulting. Adam is the Founder and CEO of AM Hall Consulting. Based in NYC, AM Hall Consulting works with both big businesses and nonprofit companies to promote and drive shared value – the importance of driving business while encouraging social good. Adam has worked with organizations such as Charles Schwab, NASCAR, Bank of America, MLS, Philadelphia Union, and more to support them with event production and strategies that enable further growth, awareness, and fundraising for nonprofit causes. AM Hall Consulting combines the power of events, strategic development, and direct outreach to ultimately raise more money to deepen the social and business impact. Before setting up his own business in NYC, Adam worked predominantly in the nonprofit space, working in areas like Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, India, Pakistan, Israel, Palestine, and more. Adam’s passion for seeing how businesses and nonprofits support each other's development and infrastructure led him on a journey to the United States, where he then set up AM Hall Consulting. Adam has an EMBA from Temple University in Philadelphia and is an avid Tottenham Hotspurs fan and a passionate and regular golfer.
