Speaker Bios

Kuntal Warwick - Principal at KSW Consulting. Kuntal Shah Warwick is a global marketing and communications professional with experience across industries and with a focus on innovation and international market entry. Through her career, starting at the Embassy of India to now operating KSW Consulting, she has supported national and international branding, marketing and communications projects, launching landmark campaigns, engagement programs and partnerships. Kuntal graduated with an MA in International Communication from American University in Washington, DC.


Jesus Arturo Herrera - Co-Founder of Necodex and PuzzleX. Mechatronics Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Passionate about technology and innovation in every way. I worked as an innovation consultant for two years for international projects in manufacturing companies with a presence in Sonora. Then I quit and joined two friends to start a programming services company we called RO Solutions. We started working with small projects and little by little we grew until we reached companies with national and international presence. With just 2 years of operation at RO Solutions, we decided to start exploring the international market in Arizona, United States and created Necodex LLC, a company focused on software project development services and services from Nearshore. In the 3 years of operation of RO Solutions we went from being a group of friends in a friend's garage to an international company with more than 16 collaborators.
Ricardo Parada - Chief of Digital Experience at Ekatar.  For the past 6 years, Ricardo has been in charge to create successful marketing strategies for Transnational Accounts like Paramount Pictures, Telefónica, Movistar, Ferrero ... and therefore develop the departments and teams to full fill the objectives of his clients. From off-line to on-line communication, it's amazing how social media has change the role of Marketing and the way we communicate with our final consumers. He graduated in 2012 as a Global Master in Business Administration form Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) & Tec de Monterrey (Mexico), where he also studied a BA in Marketing and a minor in Retail in 2006. For the past 8 years I've worked for TNC's in many fields. From trade marketing to social media management, event planning to developing strategic alliances, designing BTL concepts, to negotiate ATL budgets and looking for insights to create advertising campaigns, crafting business plans to P&L's and of course digital and social media.
