A Global Citizen in Every Sense
Tarun’s global journey is as diverse as it is distinguished. With professional experience in India, Australia, Europe, North and South America, and Africa, he has worked and lived in every continent—except Antarctica, which remains firmly on his bucket list.
Over the years, Tarun has held senior executive roles at major organizations including Whirlpool Corporation, Fannie Mae, Arthur J. Gallagher, Boston Consulting Group, and most recently as President and CEO of Clemens Worldwide, a global insurance firm. During his tenure at Clemens, he led a successful expansion from a single-office U.S. operation to a truly international enterprise, launching offices in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the UAE, and beyond.
Global Impact through Strategic Vision
Tarun’s career has been marked by initiatives that drive impact. At the height of the 2008 financial crisis, he played a pivotal role at Fannie Mae in developing and executing a $50 billion mortgage relief strategy under the U.S. Treasury’s Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), helping millions of Americans avoid foreclosure.
At Clemens Worldwide, his leadership transformed a regional insurance provider into a respected international brand through acquisitions, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
