Shrijeet has led innovation and growth strategies across multiple sectors and now focuses on consulting, mentoring, and social impact through his company BrainCap Advisors.

Shrijeet shared his personal framework for living a balanced and purpose-driven life, dividing time across three pillars: self-care, family, and impact. He also discussed India’s fast-evolving economic landscape and the opportunities it offers for companies willing to adapt to the “VUCA world” (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).
