With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar's work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.

Ileana Arias Tovar - Founding Partner at Arias Tovar & Associates, P.A.

Mrs. Arias Tovar graduated from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She later obtained her Master’s in law from Tulane University, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 States and is an active member of the Louisiana and New York States Bar Associations, of the American Bar Association, of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and of it’s Unlawful Practice of Law Committee.

Mrs. Arias Tovar has worked for international law firms such as Baker & Mc. Kenzie in Venezuela, Chaffe McCall in New Orleans, and Fox Horan & Camerini in New York. She has more than 35 years of experience advising international clients. During the last 30 years, she has concentrated on immigration law, guiding U.S. corporations and foreign individuals through their relocation process.

She has written articles on immigration procedures and has lectured on immigration matters. She has also served as legal counsel for non-for-profit organizations and continually offers support to the community through television programs, social media and workshops at major Universities.

Meritxell Mont - Manager and Corporate Lawyer at Capital Auditors & Consultants

Mertixell Mont specialized in legal and tax advice for companies with a strong international focus. Meritxell has experience working with multinational companies from various sectors on commercial issues and corporate establishment in the Spanish market, as well as supporting them in their internationalization processes in other countries.

In addition, she is responsible for the business development of the firm’s international division, as well as managing the department from our Barcelona office.

Wagner Mendler - International Sales Executive at SGF Global

Wagner Mendler is an International Executive with over 8 years of experience in the B2B market, specializing in consultative sales and Customer Success strategies. With a strong background in PEO/EOR services, he is highly knowledgeable in SMarketing, Martech strategies, tools, and processes. His expertise lies in seamlessly integrating Sales and Marketing environments to enhance business performance with a data-driven mindset.

Wagner’s key strengths include strategically coordinating sales teams to target and secure major accounts, as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills. He excels in navigating different areas of a company to develop clear business mappings and align all departments involved in the client journey, from pre-sales and sales to post-sales processes.

With extensive experience across all stages of the marketing and sales pipeline, Wagner has developed playbooks, market mapping, and multichannel prospecting strategies. He is also skilled in conducting briefing and qualification meetings, structuring business proposals, and negotiating deals.
