Dr. Rafael Henryk Kartaszyński - CEO/Founder TechEdge Dynamics

Dr. Rafael Henryk Kartaszyński is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, business angel, and investor with experience as a founder, CTO, and CEO in the healthcare and IT sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Illinois, as well as certifications from Wharton Business School, Cornell University, Harvard Business School, and Columbia Business School.

In 2006, he co-founded Pro-Project, which became a global leader in quality control for medical devices, operating in over 110 countries. Through his leadership, the company achieved multi-million-dollar success and secured significant funding for further growth.

After relocating to the United States in 2019, Dr. Kartaszyński has continued his entrepreneurial and mentoring activities. He is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program (2021) and serves as a mentor in organizations such as Founders Institute, SelectUSA, and StartupNV. As the founder of Tech Edge Dynamics, he provides strategic and technological support to entrepreneurs.

In 2024, he founded Visionaries NV, an organization dedicated to supporting international entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market, particularly in Nevada. Visionaries NV helps businesses establish operations in the U.S., build business relationships, and navigate the local market.

Dr. Rafael Kartaszyński has hands-on experience in international business expansion and managing cross-border operations. His mission is to share his knowledge and expertise with young entrepreneurs seeking guidance and support.

Tyler Williams - Development Officer at City of Las Vegas Business Development Team

Tyler Williams is currently a Development Officer for the City of Las Vegas Business Development Team. A role in which he champions new and existing businesses for the city’s Economic and Urban Development Department. This role supports the Mayor, City Council, and the City Manager’s office as they execute on behalf of their customers (the citizens of Las Vegas). Tyler's role is centered on fostering a vibrant startup and entrepreneurial community, aimed at connecting members to opportunities, streamlining deal flow and scalability, and motivating them to deliver value to their customers, employees, shareholders, and the wider community. Tyler’s work also helps bring and execute community programs that drive wealth and prosperity, provide needed services, entertain, feed, educate, keep safe, and inspire city residents.

Tyler developed the foundation for his current role over a 12 year tenure at Zappos. An online shoe retailer owned by Amazon famous for its employee culture and unmatched customer service. Starting in the call center, he quickly moved from New Hire Trainer to their very first Fungineer. Then heading up their Brand Marketing as Head of Brand Aura, and eventually resigning from Zappos as their Director of Brand Experience. Wowing employees, customers, community, and shareholders was his ultimate purpose.

Before joining Zappos, Tyler was a touring musician, drumming for various rock bands that toured the country. He brings his passion for music, fun, and creativity to everything he does. Tyler's mission is to help foster strong cultures of authentic belonging that enrich people's lives.

In his free time, Tyler keeps the good times rolling. With a love for all things Viking culture, his hobbies include ax throwing, archery, and oarsmanship (rafting). And of course, once a musician, always a musician, he loves writing and recording music. Beyond the drums, Tyler also plays guitar, bass, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, piano, and harmonica!

Married to his high school sweetheart for 18 years, Tyler and his wife are proud paw-rents to their rescue dogs, teacup Shih Tzu/Yorkie mixs named Petunia & Sunflower.

Paulina is the host of the VisionariesNV platform and founder of a marketing company in Poland. With a degree in international sales and marketing management from Denmark, she combines global perspective with practical experience. Paulina helps companies softland in the U.S. and specializes in guiding startups through their early marketing challenges.
