Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar's work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.

Mauricio Sion - Founder and Executive Board Chairman of SGF Global

Mauricio Sion is the Founder and Executive Board Chairman of SGF Global, a leading provider of HR and Recruitment Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he established SGF Global in 1992 and has since overseen its expansion to a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across 30 countries. His proven leadership and hands-on approach have been central to the company's sustained growth and success.

Under his direction, SGF Global has become a trusted partner in recruitment, staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The company supports a range of industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, administration, IT, and telecommunications. In addition to talent acquisition, SGF Global offers training and learning programs as well as project delivery solutions across diverse sectors.

Beyond his role at SGF Global, Mauricio has held key leadership positions in several prominent organizations. As a Director at Petroinvest, an oil production company, he applies his expertise to enhance production from mature fields using advanced technologies. He also played a pivotal role in operations at Pagonom, a payroll solutions provider in the Latin American region. As Managing Director Americas and partner at Fircroft, he was instrumental in expanding operations, establishing offices in Russia and Nigeria, and developing new client relationships.

Mauricio holds a degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University and has pursued advanced studies in Finance at Babson College. With his extensive industry knowledge, strategic vision, and operational acumen, he continues to drive innovation and success in the recruitment and energy sectors.

Ileana Arias Tovar - Founding Partner at Arias Tovar & Associates, P.A.

Mrs. Arias Tovar graduated from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She later obtained her Master’s in law from Tulane University, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 States and is an active member of the Louisiana and New York States Bar Associations, of the American Bar Association, of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and of it’s Unlawful Practice of Law Committee.

Mrs. Arias Tovar has worked for international law firms such as Baker & Mc. Kenzie in Venezuela, Chaffe McCall in New Orleans, and Fox Horan & Camerini in New York. She has more than 35 years of experience advising international clients. During the last 30 years, she has concentrated on immigration law, guiding U.S. corporations and foreign individuals through their relocation process.

She has written articles on immigration procedures and has lectured on immigration matters. She has also served as legal counsel for non-for-profit organizations and continually offers support to the community through television programs, social media and workshops at major Universities.

Susana Garcia-Prendes - Marketing Officer at Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE)

Marketing specialist with more than 10 years of experience in retail, b2b, and consumer goods. Demonstrated track on developing and executing strategic planning, product introduction, advertising and promotion campaigns and events in different communication channels including social media, price strategy and competitive analysis. Work effectively both leading and as a leader in a heavily cross-functional, fast paced environment. Mission oriented, flexible, with a collaborative approach. Passionate about education and entrepreneurship.
