Charlotte Kemp - Futurist Keynote Speaker and Executive Leadership Coach for Futures ThinkingCharlotte Kemp, known as the Futures Alchemist, is a futurist keynote speaker and executive coach who helps leaders develop thinking fit for the future. A former President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA), she is also a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) and recently served as the President of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF).
Charlotte is the author of several books, including Futures Alchemist, which introduces her Map, Compass, and Guide framework for navigating the uncertainties of the future. As the Chief Relationship Officer for Voices Into Africa, she is committed to amplifying the presence of speakers and events across the continent.
