With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar's work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting, Anne brings a strong foundation in business strategy and financial management. Her expertise lies in business development, where she excels in sourcing, identifying new markets, and creating B2B connections that drive results. Anne has also collaborated with technology companies working on AI implementation, showcasing her ability to adapt and lead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Kassandra Ayala-Najera - Communications and Project Manager at Lady Rebel Club and Founder of Embracing Kulture™

Kassandra Ayala-Najera is a first-generation Mexican Canadian who has built a dynamic career as a multilingual and multiculturalism educator, communications specialist, speaker, and author.

She is the founder of Embracing Kulture™ ,a global initiative dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace and express their cultural identities, while promoting the value of multiculturalism. The initiative also encourages organizations to view diversity as a strength rather than a challenge in the workplace. Through Embracing Kulture Magazine™ people from around the world share their experiences with multiculturalism and the impact it has had on their lives.

In addition to this initiative, Kassandra created LearnKonmigo™, a personalized teaching and tutoring program designed for non-native Spanish speakers across the globe. The program reflects her passion for education and her deep commitment to promoting multilingualism.

Kassandra holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Education with a specialization in Teaching and Learning, and a Master of Arts in Spanish. Her background in communications complements her dedication to education and her mission to help others embrace their multicultural and multilingual identities.
