Welcome global leaders! Altos Bank and Global Chamber® invite you to the launch of Altos Bank for the global business community. Altos Bank is the first new community bank in California in nearly 20 years, and it has been designed for the special needs of growing tech and global firms.
On June 25th, join global leaders for an introduction to the bank's leadership, with a keynote presentation by Jeremy Almond on Crypto and Stable Coin. Jeremy is founder and CEO at Paystand.

Jeremy Almond - Founder/CEO at Paystand.
Jeremy has spent the last 15 years in the tech-industry as a serial entrepreneur, startup adviser, and occasional investor. Jeremy has helped dozens of B2B companies drive adoption of digital commerce, and is still an active board member at a number of fintech companies.
He started his career in technology as an engineer at nanotech startup Digital Instruments, which was acquired by Veeco (NASDAQ: VECO). At Veeco he led architecture, helping the company shrink massive computers down to devices in our pockets. He also led their global ERP implementation (2010) where he got his first glimpse into the challenges of enterprise payments.
He's been thinking about how to use technology to innovate in B2B financial services ever since. Jeremy holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California and a Masters in Business from the University of Massachusetts.
Tom Vertin - CEO at Altos Bank.
Tom Vertin has 40+ years in banking, including 7 years as CEO of $1.5 billion Pacific Mercantile Bank (NASDAQ: PMBC), sold to Banc of California, and CEO of $800 million LA-based Golden State Bank, where he currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Tom spent 18 years with Silicon Valley Bank (1993 to 2012) including serving as its Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Western Division responsible for client acquisition, sales and portfolio management. Tom began his career with Bank of America.
Tom held positions with SF Bay Area community banks focused on client acquisition, market differentiation, and leadership.
Dr. Sanjeev Khagram - Board Chair at Altos Bank.
Besides his key leadership role at the bank, Dr. Khagram is Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Stanford University Hoover Institution, and he is co-leader of the Global Chamber® Global Council, an advisory board of global leaders. Dr. Khagram is a world-renowned scholar and practitioner in the areas of globalization, sustainable development, leadership, strategic management, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. He has been a serial entrepreneur and investor across the private, governmental and civic sectors.
Tatyana Kanzaveli - CEO & Founder, Open Health Network
Tatyana is a seasoned entrepreneur, thinker, leader, mentor, advisor and investor. She has held senior executive roles at large enterprises and startups and has extensive B2B and B2C experiences. She is the CEO & Founder of Open Health Network, a smart mobile health platform. She is also a Resident Mentor at 500 Startups, Mentor at the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, an Advisor to Activity Hero, is the CEO of TEDxBayArea, and the Executive Sales, Social CRM, Social Media/Network Marketing, Business Development Consultant for Social CRM World. Tatyana was previously featured on the White House Science and Technology Blog and had the opportunity to demo her Open Health Network platform at the First White House Demo Day hosted by the President Obama. She has spoken at the United Nations and many international and US conferences. She was recognized as one of top 10 Influential Women In Health IT in 2015.
Jeff Olson - Strategic Partnership Lead at TopSource Worldwide
Jeff is a key member of the TopSource Worldwide Private Equity team, and he is the Advisory Board Chair for Global Chamber® San Francisco. He has a wealth of experience in supporting portfolio companies to navigate the complexities of global compliance and operational efficiency. Jeff is an experienced Business Development Executive with success working in global expansion and financial services industries. He is skilled in client and partner relationship management, business development, and sales.
Jeff is familiar with start-up culture, needs and requirements and its adept at adding value to F100, global enterprise companies. In addition he works well alongside VC/PE/FO colleagues. Over the last 10+ years, Jeff has specialized in providing essential HR, Finance, and Entity Services that enable multinational companies to thrive. With a strategic focus on technology and SaaS sales, enhancing process improvements, and fostering significant partnerships, Jeff collaborates closely with global enterprises clients and private equity stakeholders to facilitate expansion and success through comprehensive support and advisory.
Doug Bruhnke - Founder/CEO at Global Chamber
Doug is a global entrepreneur, speaker and author dedicated to helping members of Global Chamber® reach new markets across metros and borders more successfully. In addition we have the opportunity of attracting more leaders to global business, making our world a better place. He's the Founder/CEO of Global Chamber®, operating in 525 metros, 195 countries. He's had a career with DuPont that included expat assignments in Tokyo and Singapore.
Doug has a B.S. Chemical Engineering from University of Utah, with 5 chemical process patents. He also has an Executive MBA Michigan State with 38+ years of exporting and global trade experience.
