Fernando Penteado is a seasoned logistics and supply chain executive with international experience across multiple industries, including retail, FMCG, cosmetics, home appliances, and pharmaceuticals. With a focus on resource optimization and sustainable performance improvement, Fernando has consistently delivered strategic projects that drive business growth and elevate customer value.

He specializes in designing and implementing agile omnichannel logistics operations tailored to meet both current and future client needs. His leadership in global transportation management, lean Six Sigma process improvement, and sustainable logistics practices has enabled organizations to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency. Over the course of his career, Fernando has managed annual budgets exceeding €200 million, generating savings of up to €2 million per year through targeted process enhancements.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Fernando has led multicultural teams of up to 5,000 employees and effectively navigated cross-functional stakeholder priorities, including executive-level collaboration. His ability to teach, coach, and mentor has empowered teams and individuals to excel collectively and individually.

Born in a culture of innovation and resilience, Fernando applies LEAN principles of simplification and optimization to every aspect of his work. His global expertise also includes e-commerce logistics, cross-border fulfillment, first and last mile delivery, and omnichannel strategies.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Fernando is an active volunteer with organizations such as Fundación Belcorp in Latin America and the Avon Foundation Against Breast Cancer.

Milton Castro - Consultant Quality, Regulatory Affairs, GMP&GDP and Operations at BPGP Consult

Milton Castro is an experienced quality assurance and operations leader with over 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Latin American markets with a strong focus on rare diseases. He brings deep expertise across GMP, GDP, regulatory affairs, quality control, and supply chain operations, from S&OP to local distribution.

Milton has led quality assurance initiatives for the manufacturing, importation, storage, and distribution of both small and large molecules, including room temperature and cold chain products. His work includes vendor and customer qualification, audits and inspections, quality agreement alignment, and secondary release of imported products.

With a solid track record of partnering with national health authorities and business stakeholders, Milton has played a key role in product launches and post-launch support across the LATAM region. He is known for his collaborative approach, strong critical thinking, and commitment to patient safety, continuously leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and regulatory excellence.

Beatriz Rodriguez - Independent Consultant Director at BMRV Consultoria

Beatriz Rodríguez has broad experience as global manager of Industrial Microbiology and Quality assurance at Procter & Gamble Latin America. After retirement in Sept 2022, Beatriz´s opened a consultation practice BMRV Consulting providing services in quality assurance, industrial microbiology, open innovation and ciaching. She is located in Valinhos, São Paulo Brazil, providign services to LATAM and globally.
Ms. Rodríguez has 36 years of experience in Life Sciences, first in academical and then in industrial setting. Her career started in physiology, studying insect epithelial excretory systems, and biophysics studying ionic channels voltage gating process. At P&G got expertise in product preservation; technology & capability scouting and innovation management; and microbiological risk assessment and contamination remediation and management at manufacturing facilities.
