Young Global Leaders Initiative (YGLi)

A Global Chamber® program empowering young professionals worldwide through mentorship, events, and a dedicated membership network.

We believe young leaders have the creativity, drive, and global mindset to shape a better future for communities and businesses. YGLi supports their growth with expert resources, leadership training, and global connections.

As part of Global Chamber®’s Young Global Leaders Initiative, we run our yearly Young Global Leaders Certificate Program.

This program hosts events aimed at empowering young leaders to drive positive change locally and globally. It offers valuable resources for professional growth, featuring monthly sessions on topics like leadership, branding, innovation, and well-being, all led by global experts.

Participants who complete the program receive the Young Global Leaders Certificate of Attendance.

YGL Certificate Program (2025-2026):

The program includes monthly expert-led sessions (1–1.25 hours each), with recordings available after every session.

Session Topics & Timing:

1. Strategic Leadership & Capstone Preparation – 1 hr 15 min
2. Personal Branding & Effective Communication – 1 hr
3. Financial Literacy & Leadership Decision-Making – 1 hr
4. Emotional Intelligence & Transformational Leadership – 1 hr 15 min
5. AI, IoT & Innovation in Entrepreneurship – 1 hr
6. Time Management & High-Impact Productivity – 1 hr
7. Mentorship, Networking & Career Growth – 1 hr 15 min
8. Sustainable Leadership & Social Impact – 1 hr
9. Health, Well-being & Resilient Leadership – 1 hr 15 min

 Capstone Project – Apply What You’ve Learned

After completing the 9 sessions, participants will submit a small, impact-driven project that reflects their learning, creativity, and personal growth.

You can choose any format that works best for you. Examples include:

• A 5-minute video reel or video diary sharing your leadership journey or action plan

• A written reflection highlighting key insights from the program

• A short report tackling a challenge in your community or industry

• A series of social media posts that inspire others or share your vision for change

We encourage creativity, authenticity, and your unique voice. This is your chance to turn learning into meaningful action!
