Board Chairwoman of Global Chamber San Antonio Monika Prochazkova will be presenting on: The Compassionate City: How San Antonio Serves Immigrants and Foreign Visitors! In her talk, Monika will address the critical elements of how she has personally led the City of San Antonio to be a loving city that has a warm place for all.

Monika is the Board Chair of Global Chamber San Antonio.
As Director of Client Development at Inclusive Surrogacy, Monika assists international clients throughout the complex surrogacy process in the U.S. In this role, she manages complete case management for international clients from Europe, Central America, and the Middle East, overseeing medical, legal, and visa coordination. Prior to her current position, Monika worked for governmental and non-governmental agencies where she helped small and mid-sized businesses export to foreign markets.
Monika’s professional journey includes experiences with global corporations, think tanks, governmental organizations, and diverse businesses. Her background in diplomacy and international relations has brought her experience in mediation and advocacy, which she applies to build relationships between parties and overcome cultural and language differences. Originally from the Czech Republic, Monika studied languages and business in Prague, CZ, Bournemouth, UK, and Chicago, IL. Monika holds a B.A. in Diplomacy and a M.A. in International Business.
Monika’s involvement extends beyond her current position at Inclusive Surrogacy. Monika is actively involved with various non-profit organizations and projects. She currently serves as President of the Bexar County Czech Heritage Society, Secretary of the Greater San Antonio Advisory Board at the Texas Diversity Council, Board Member of the San Antonio Council for International Visitors and Global Advisor for the Czech Republic at Global Chamber. She serves as Board Chair for Global Chamber San Antonio and Past Secretary and Board Member of the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, Monika follows her passion and volunteers for non-profit organizations that focus on advancing DEI and raising awareness about reproductive health. She helps facilitate international exchange programs for youth and educators and mentors aspiring women entrepreneurs.
