Dwight Winkler - Cross Border Trade ConsultantHe holds a BA degree in history, political science, and German from Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin including a year of study abroad in Heidelberg, Germany. Additionally, he holds a Master of International Management (MIM) (MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management located in Phoenix, Arizona which has consistently been globally recognized as the #1 International Business School.

- In August 2024 conducted Credit Analysis training with the Kuwait Investment Authority
- 15 years as International Credit Manager and Manager Sales Financing with Harris Corporation Quincy, Illinois and Lagos, Nigeria.
- 11 years with Motorola Credit Corporation as Director Asia, Africa, Middle East and Director of Business Operations between Chicago and Singapore.
- 13 years as Project Manager – Contract Management and Budget Control supporting Kuwait Telecom on behalf of Norconsult Telematics Saudi Arabia.
Vince Thelander - Business Banking Market Executive at Bank of America
As a 28-year veteran of Bank of America, Vince has dedicated his career to helping local businesses and non-profits deliver for their clients, employees, shareholders, and community.
Vince is a Senior Vice President and Business Banking Market Executive for the Greater Phoenix Market, serving small to mid-size companies across Maricopa County and northern Arizona. In this role, he leads a team of Relationship Managers who deliver strategic financial advice and a full suite of commercial banking solutions to small & mid-size local companies and non-profit organizations.
Prior to his current role, Vince was a Regional Credit Executive with Bank of America’s Enterprise Credit, where he was responsible for centralized teams of Lending Officers and Credit Analysts that supported multiple Business Banking and Middle Market Regions, as well as Agribusiness nationally. Prior to this, Vince held a variety of management and client relationship management roles, including 12 years as a Senior Relationship Manager, where he partnered closely with his own portfolio of small to mid-size business clients.
Yujin Son - Project Manager at Global Chamber
Yujin is a project Manager working on Export Initiatives around the world, based in Phoenix, Arizona at Global Chamber HQ. She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and International Business Communication from Ulsan University in South Korea. With a strong background in international commerce, She is focused on helping members of Global Chamber expand their global reach.
