Kristina Wachter - President, Cross-Culture Connections

Kristina Wachter is a global cross-cultural expert, professor, business consultant, and author who empowers professionals to navigate the complexities of our interconnected world with cultural confidence. As a seasoned cross-cultural strategist, she has developed the innovative Culture SPIN Method, a four-step approach that turns cultural challenges into opportunities for growth and success.

Lora Rigutto - Partnerships and Community Lead at Forum for International Trade Training (FITT)
 
Lora Rigutto, CITP®, is an international business development "Coach".  She has a passion for international trade and 25+ years of experience guiding businesses through the complexities of global business expansion, including more than a decade as Trade Advisor with ProChile - the Trade Commission of Chile in Toronto. As a Certified International Trade Professional - CITP, and an ICC certified Incoterms® 2020 Trainer for Canada, she brings expertise in the application of the terms of trade for the sale of goods into international markets. Currently she is the Partnerships and Community Lead at the Forum for International Trade Training – FITT.  In addition, she is an adjunct professor teaching a variety of international business management courses and a proud member of the Organization of Women in International Trade – Toronto (OWIT).

 

Jorge Cañedo - Director at Compass 4PL

Jorge Cañedo is a dynamic and innovative expert in technology, logistics, and global trade with over two decades of experience in supply chain management. His career spans across major processes including logistics, sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing, with roles that merge strategic oversight with operational acumen. Currently, Jorge steers Compass 4PL in Mexico, TFWW, and Xincro in the US, guiding these companies through complex market landscapes.

With a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain digitalization, global sourcing, and logistics operations, Jorge has successfully navigated diverse industries such as manufacturing, mining, aerospace, energy, oil & gas, food production, and agribusiness. His expertise has driven successful market expansions, executed operational excellence, and spearheaded transformative supply chain strategies that have enabled companies to generate multimillion-dollar revenues across Europe, Australia, Asia, the USA, LATAM, and Mexico.

Yujin is a project Manager working on Export Initiatives around the world, based in Phoenix, Arizona at Global Chamber HQ. She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and International Business Communication from Ulsan University in South Korea. With a strong background in international commerce, She is focused on helping members of Global Chamber expand their global reach.
