Globinar YGL Frank Epitropoulos Takes a Year Off and Travels the World

Business Professional (Sinclair, Inc., Gray Media, most recently FOX) with 10 years of collective experience. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in International Business and Marketing. Has held professional stints in Manhattan, San Francisco, France, Ohio, and Arizona. Most recently, Frank lived and worked at FOX based out of Phoenix, AZ, since August 2019.

In early 2024, Frank made the bold decision to step away from his career, completely move out of his apartment, put all his belongings into storage, live out of a 20kg backpack, and pursue a life sabbatical trip around the world. The goal was to refocus himself, make up for "lost time" due to circumstances leading up to the decision (pandemic, family matters, personal life, etc.), take advantage of a window of opportunity in his life, and return with a renewed professional hunger. What started as an initially planned 5-month sabbatical turned into a (current) 13.5-month boomerang quest around the world.

So far, Frank has traveled to 32 different countries.
