Aseem Goyal

Managing Director Asia/Strategic Consultant at Factum Global

Aseem Goyal currently leads the Asian operations of Factum Global, a US-based international consulting firm that helps organizations expand globally. He partners with customers to help them grow and expand, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia and India. Over the last 3 years, he has worked with many MNCs and startups in Asia by advising them on market expansion, product management, customer acquisition, and leadership development.

His prior experience includes roles at three international banks—ANZ, Standard Chartered, and TD—in a variety of local, global, and regional positions. For almost 30 years, he lived and worked in eight exciting cities: Toronto, Bangkok, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vientiane. He held various leadership positions in Corporate & Transaction Banking, including managing global clients and products, developing and executing strategy, growing and transforming businesses, mentoring senior teams, and leading post-M&A integrations.

Brian Thomas Hogan

With a deep passion for the airline aviation business, Brian Thomas Hogan recently established Mena Cargo and IPP Cargo AOC’s within a six-month timeframe. He has worked closely with the FAA, EASA, CAAC, CAAP, CAAM, and many other agencies in the MRO and airline field. He possesses comprehensive knowledge in both passenger and cargo airline operations, alongside expertise in engine and aircraft leasing, aviation IT systems, and procurement.

With years of experience supporting component repair and regulatory standards under TCAR, FAA, and EASA, he is committed to practical solutions, safety, and continuous improvement. He currently helps manage operations at Aerospace MRO Co. Ltd. in Bangkok.

Executive Director of Green Technology Integration (GTi)

Executive Director of Green Technology Integration (GTi), a Thai company, engaging in MROs of key aircraft engines and business development of aviation-industry related tools, as well as ad-hoc business & trading opportunities. Also, currently, Regional President for Asia of UNIAPAC International (Federation of Catholic Business Societies, globally) and Former-Chair of Catholic Business Executives & Professionals Group (CBEP, a club formed by Thailand's leading Catholic business owners & professionals).

Trained in Engineering, Economics, Management and, personally, emphasized in human capital and behavior, as well as overall aspects of development in general. Formerly, some advisory stint to Thailand's governmental bodies and leading business entities on economic policies, natural resource management and agricultural technologies, educational developments, including academic guidance through universities' entrepreneurial activities & leadership development.

SomChai Om-Arre

Mr. Somchai is a seasoned aviation and defense industry professional with over four decades of diverse experience. He works closely with all branches of Royal Thai Military and Law Enforcements on defense procurement projects. Previously on his tenure at KLM Cargo, where he served as both Sales Representative and Senior Business Development Director, to his leadership roles at Alitalia Cargo and DHL International (Thailand) Ltd., Mr. Somchai has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in sales, operations management, and strategic planning. His entrepreneurial ventures, including Air Cargo Network and Thai Global Airline Co., Ltd, highlight his ability to innovate and adapt to market demands. Currently leading Adoria Co., Ltd and MyCopter Aviation Services (Thailand), Mr. Somchai also excels in representing defense companies from US or Europe in Southeast Asia, while also providing maintenance and support for aviation services.
