Michael J. Boardman - Chair, Executive Board & Chief Executive Officer at Ready Global

I’m a C-suite operator who tends to get called when things are either unclear, underperforming, or at an inflection point.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led organizations across healthcare, financial services, technology, and global resilience—ranging from Fortune 100 environments to founder-led and turnaround situations. The common thread: helping teams regain clarity, rebuild trust, and execute in a way that actually holds up under pressure.
I don’t position myself as the person with all the answers. My value is building aligned, accountable teams that can find them quickly—and deliver.

Jennifer M. Superales - Chief Resiliency Officer at ReadyGlobal

Jennifer M. Superales is the Chief Resiliency Officer of ReadyGlobal, where she serves as the principal architect for enterprise continuity, risk governance, and crisis management frameworks. She specializes in safeguarding critical assets and long-term stability for organizations where failure is not an option. With nearly 30 years of leadership across the U.S. national security and defense sectors—spanning Military
Intelligence to Federal Emergency Management and beyond—Jennifer is a recognized expert in governing systemic risk and designing secure and resilient systems that perform under the pressure of unpredictable global environments.

Jennifer’s career is defined by her leadership in high-consequence environments. In the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) she directed risk governance and led complex regional planning for core capabilities, community lifelines, and the 16 critical infrastructure sectors, ensuring the resilience of the nation’s most vital physical and digital systems down to community block level. With both the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), she led the design of catastrophic response plans for ICS/NIMS application in natural, technological, and human-caused incidents, and for high-profile events classified as National Special Security Events (NSSEs) and those rated as Special Event Assessment Rating (SEAR) Level 1, bridging the gap between federal policy and real-world
operational execution. Her foundation as a Military Intelligence Analyst (96B) and Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army provided the blueprint for her career, where she synthesized all-source information into a ‘decision advantage’ for senior commanders during military campaign deployments (OSW/OIF/OEF).
