Lelani Craig - CEO of CommGap. Lelani Craig is an accomplished linguist who turned her skills into a thriving business. CommGap is an industry leader is language solutions and innovative staffing services. CommGap provides language service in person, over the phone, video and online. Mrs Craig also leads a specialty business unit within CommGap that provides staffing services for clients in the IT industry. This division provides business and information technology consulting services primarily in the areas of global communications and information management. CommGap works with large prime contractors to assist in meeting goals for woman, minority, and small disadvantaged businesses. In addition, Mrs. Craig has created a unique language assessment tool which is used by Global 1 Voice. Global 1 Voice offers language testing and training as well as medical interpreter training. Global 1 Voice is Bridging the Gap certified. G1V also offers a full lineup of Continuing Education classes for medical interpreters.

Todd Cornell - CEO of Cultur668. Todd is the Managing Director/founder of Cultur668, a consulting firm that helps US businesses maneuver China with strategies that work within Chinese culture.Originally from Fort Collins, CO, Todd lived in Chinese speaking regions for over 20 years and is committed to helping Colorado and US companies experience more success in China. He has lived in 5 states and 3 Chinese regions (Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), and traveled to over 30 countries. He is also Executive Director of Global Chamber® Northern Colorado based in Ft. Collins, Colorado.

Gloria Petersen, CPP,
is founder/director of Global Protocol Academy. Her dynamic presentations have inspired audiences for over 30 years to handle professional and social situations with class and finesse. Gloria is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington® and other certifications include The Professional Image Institute, Dale Carnegie, and The Leadership Institute. Gloria is a renowned Certified Protocol Professional and author of The Art of Professional Connections, a four-guidebook series with companion Subject Matter Expert (SME) training modules. Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to emerging entrepreneurs. Gloria hosted the FOX television series, “Image of Success,” served as etiquette judge on The Learning Channel, and has served as an expert on numerous radio and television shows. She has also published articles and served as a contributing columnist for magazines, trade publications, and corporate newsletters. Her new focus is to “pass the baton” and train corporate trainers, university professors, and career coaches in the soft skills needed to build relationships with professionalism and confidence.
