As the world is coming out of pandemic, the world is projected to see significant economic growth from the collective plunge in 2020.
Now companies are ready to resume business development activities by visiting distributors in different metros domestically and overseas, while business trade exhibitions and conventions are slowly coming back often in a hybrid model that offers both in-person and virtual options.
As the world opens up bringing new opportunities, GC BWI invites you to attend “Legal Issues in International Sales Series Part 1: Equipping with the knowledge to thrive in a Post Pandemic World” to refresh and remind us on legal issues we need to pay attention to as we boost sales. It will help experienced exporters and importers and even companies that have just started the journey of international business build and maintain an effective export/import compliance and minimize risks strategy as well.
In this Globinar part 1, Attorney John “Jack” Shelton, Partner at Aegis Trade Law will cover the following content.
- What’s the Point of a Written Contract?
- Which Law Governs?
- Formation of Contracts
