Biographies
Rochelle Kopp
Rochelle Kopp is a specialist in cross-cultural communication. A veteran facilitator experienced in delivering training and consulting to participants from around the world, Rochelle has a particular specialty in facilitating cross-cultural teambuildings and other programs for executives. Rochelle’s consulting to American firms doing business globally includes helping them with issues related to partnerships, acquisition, and global expansion. Through training sessions and coaching, she helps Americans increase their sensitivity to differences in cultural values and approaches around decision-making, management styles, negotiation and relationship building. She also works frequently with people from other countries doing business in the U.S. She has assisted many foreign firms’ U.S. operations with organizational development, performance evaluation, and other projects intended to strengthen HR and promote employee motivation and retention. She has a particular interest in helping businesses from other countries understand the unique environment of Silicon Valley. She is author of Valley Speak: Deciphering the Jargon of Silicon Valley, The Rice-Paper Ceiling: Breaking Through Japanese Corporate Culture, The Lowdown: Business Etiquette Japan, the upcoming Creating Engaged Employees in Japan, and over 30 books in Japanese.
Kyle Hegarty
Kyle D. Hegarty is a Global Business Growth Specialist. Kyle helps organizations grow globally. His sales and leadership development programs help clients increase business across regions and ignite sales processes.
Kyle has worked with hundreds of companies helping them plan, develop and manage their sales ecosystems.
One of the first 5 people hired at TSL Marketing, that grew to 350+ employees. Scott opened the TSL APAC operation in Singapore and built the team across 7 countries reaching 1 million dollars of revenue by year 2.
Scott added additional training and consulting services including start-up sales acceleration programs. He is a Linkedin Learning instructor and lecturer at universities around the world.
His first book, The Accidental Business Nomad: A Survival Guide for Working Across a Shrinking Planet won the 2021 Axiom Business Award.
Kyle is an avid triathlete and has completed four Iron Man races where he raises money for cancer research. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College where he majored in International Relations and Economics.
