Biography

Yushini Maharaj is the CEO of YVR Consulting, a boutique Management Consulting Firm. Yushini has over 15 years of experience of extensive management experience working across the Human Capital sphere with and within large multinational companies. Her experience has contributed to the growth of YVR Consulting in 3 key verticals: Traditional Management Consulting, Digital Enablement, and Personal Mastery. Over the last few years, Yushini has co-founded two unique digital support solutions for SMME’s to help businesses grow, improve, transform and sustain: Business Enabling Toolbox (B.E.T), www.yvrbet.com and Edvysor, www.edvysor.com. These unique digital Business Manager and Mentor solutions have supported thousands of businesses globally, empowering businesses owners to proactively make better decisions and establish operational excellence in their businesses. Yushini is not only a Business Mentor and Advisor, she designs and develops programs focusing on organizational performance improvement and leadership development. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and an EMBA from Michigan State University and is co-inventor on 5 patents. Doug was born in Mount Kisco, New York, and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Palo Alto, California. BTW he grew up in upstate New Year and has lived in Detroit, Michigan with many experiences crossing the border into Windsor and surrounding areas for work.
