Globinar How Better Translations Can Create Faster Global Growth

Friday, June 3rd at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm London

While global trade reached a record high of USD $28.5 trillion in 2021, around 72% of the world does not speak English. Plus, over 70% of global consumers will only buy if information is presented in their native language. And Google Translate is not the best way to do it.

In this globinar we will demonstrate the importance of translating and interpreting your messages and how to do both parts with A+ accuracy. The webinar will also present humorous bloopers with companies that got their branding wrong … and how you can avoid becoming a translation casualty.

What you will learn:

  • Growing opportunities for global trade
  • The importance of localizing and which languages are most critical
  • Distinguishing between translating and interpreting
  • Linguists’ qualifications to ensure maximum quality
  • Correct translating and interpreting processes to gain A+ accuracy
  • Machine Translation (Google Translate): When and how to use it
  • Videos, websites, and software: Other considerations
  • How to communicate now when you don’t speak the other's language
  • How to verify your company name, product names and taglines
  • Funny branding blunders
