We’ll be discussing how to develop the mindset, toolset, and skillset needed to survive and thrive in the new globalization.Futures Literacy is a skill you can use to write a new story about how your future will unfold. It is a way of taking back control in a world that can feel chaotic and threatening. In exploring models and tools, we can start to develop the mindset, toolset, language and skillset we need for the 21st Century.
Charlotte Kemp is the Futures Alchemist, a futurist keynote speaker who works with organisations to co-create preferred futures. Charlotte is the Immediate Past President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA), Vice President of the Global Speakers Federation and is a professional member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF).
Charlotte is also the author of a number of books, including ‘Futures Alchemist’ which presents a narrative of how to use her Map, Compass and Guide model to navigate unknown futures.
For research and insight, Charlotte hosts a podcast series called ‘Futures Facets’ and interviews people around the world to gain an understanding of how we see the future from our different points of view.
