Niyi Sanusi is a Nigerian lawyer who is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has a first degree in Political Science and an LL.B both from the University of Lagos. His practice areas include company/commercial law, draftsmanship, investment laws, corporate practice, business law and practice, intellectual property, oil and gas, investment advisory and due diligence, among others.

Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School;Trading for Development in the Age of Global Value Chains from World Bank Group Open Learning Campus; also in Investment Promotion and Economic development from the International Institute for Investment Promotion (IIIP) – Switzerland (Now Baden International Business School).He holds an Msc in Investment promotion and Economic Development from Edinburgh Napier University – Scotland. He also holds an MBA in Project Management and first degree in Geology and Mining. 

He has spoken and delivered papers on investment promotion, Project Financing and youth development at numerous venues including: Investing in sub-Sahara Africa - Nigeria, south-south Economic summit –Nigeria, Fleming Gulf Project Finance Conference - Abu Dhabi- United Arab Emirates, New-age Banking Summit – Nigeria, 2017 Dossier Construction Infrastructure Awards and Summit- Oman, Kogi State Economic & Investment Summit – Nigeria and Digital Africa Conference 2019 and 2022.
