Keynote Speaker
Natsuyo Lipschutz is the managing principal of her strategy consulting firm, ASPIRE Intelligence. She is also an executive consultant for Breakthrough Speaking, a global public speaking consultancy. In addition, Natsuyo is the bestselling author of The Success Blueprint, which she co‐wrote with world‐renowned business speaker, Brian Tracy. She is also the author of Amazon Japan’s #1 rated presentation book, 20Ji Ni Sogiotose. The book is written in Japanese and it has also been translated into Korean and Taiwanese. In English the title means, “Say it in 20 words.”
Natsuyo is an engaging TEDx speaker who is a five-time New York Toastmasters International speech contest district finalist. A Japanese native, Natsuyo has delivered numerous trainings, workshops, seminars, and keynotes in Japanese and English to audiences around the world. She is a world-class certified public speaking coach and a marketing intelligence strategy consultant who also provides organizational development training.
Natsuyo is widely recognized as a leading global leadership and cross-cultural communications strategist. She uses cross-cultural theory, public speaking skills, logical thinking frameworks, and team leadership skills to teach audiences how to adjust their messages so they are well received in different cultures. By the end of her sessions, audiences are equipped with the advanced cross-cultural communication skills they need to improve team dynamics, bridge cultural gaps, and leverage the diversity within their teams.
Natsuyo has worked with leading international companies that include Toyota, American Express, BNP Paribas, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Shiseido, and Chamber of Commerce. She began her career at a top Japanese trading company, ITOCHU International in New York. Natsuyo then received her MBA from New York University and held a management consultant position at McKinsey & Company. Today, Natsuyo resides in New York and often travels to Japan. In addition to her dynamic speaking and consulting career, she is a competitive ballroom Latin dancer, a proud mother, and a cancer survivor.

Thomas Aksnes is the Founder & Scientific Director of Health Optimizing. He is largely considered the world authority in high-tech medicine (seen as the future of medicine among many specialists), and has been a frontier in the development of this emerging field. He is a best-selling author, having sold over 40,000 copies of his debut book, ‘Ta ansvar for din egen helse’, in Norway, with a follow-up English book coming soon. He is also an internationally renowned speaker, having delivered the featured keynote at more than 100 health conferences around the world.
Thomas has dedicated his life to redefining the medical paradigm and has been recognised extensively for his work. Clients travel from across the globe to meet with him, some even in private jets, and his presence has been requested at many high-profile events. One of which was the invitation to meet Sir Richard Branson on Necker Island as part of a private membership collective, uniting thought-leaders who are creating a better world through their work.
Today, as the founder of the unique worldwide clinic concept, Health Optimizing, his methodologies have helped hundreds of thousands of clients across 5 continents to resolve their health challenges. Health Optimizing has been developing its technologies and methodologies while providing real solutions to clients globally, with over 200 practices having utilised Health Optimizing methodologies worldwide.
Chamnan Lim is Senior Director of Global Partnerships for the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. She has over two decades of experience working for international organizations and academic institutions. She built collaboration efforts and supported program evaluation and curriculum reviews for international education providers for the US Department of Defense. She played a key role in coordinating Global Political Economy programs at Occidental College. A former Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank, she received the President’s Award for Excellence for her work in the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries Initiative, reducing debt levels in Uganda and Vietnam, among other countries, and for the United Nations Development Program, on aid coordination in Cambodia.
Chamnan is a Cambodian refugee who came to the United States at the age of five. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a married mother of four children: Steven, Caitlyn, Nathan, and Jasmin. Maria Jesus Cervantes is VP of Public Relations & Int'l Affairs at Chicano Por La Causa. Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) is an all-encompassing organization for the underserved. CPLC was founded in 1969 to confront oppression facing Latinos in Phoenix, Arizona as part of the movement led by Cesar Chavez, who undertook a fast at our original headquarters. Since then, we have become one of the largest Hispanic nonprofits in the country, promoting stronger and healthier communities throughout the southwestern United States. We provide direct services impacting more than 250,000 individuals annually in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
María Jesús is engaged in leading efforts to establish and strengthen vital relationships with government officials, business partners, foundations, community leaders, and organizations in the United States, Canada, México, Guatemala, and El Salvador. She is a member of the Global Chamber® Phoenix Advisory Committee, NeighborWorks® America Public Relations Advisory Committee, and the Arizona Latino Media Association. She completed the American Express Leadership Academy at Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting from Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University and is fluent in Spanish.
Susan Lindner is the Founder and CEO of Innovation Storytellers, a leading innovation storytelling consulting firm. She is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, workshop leader, messaging strategist, storytelling coach, and the world’s leading expert on innovation storytelling. Susan draws from her initial experiences as an anthropologist and international aid worker in rural Thailand in the 1990s, where she shared stories that helped at-risk populations disproportionately affected by AIDS to slow the virus’ spread. Today, as a 20-year communications expert, she is committed to using those same storytelling skills to inspire innovation leaders everywhere to become incredible storytellers and ensure that their innovations get the resources, runway, and recognition they deserve.

Ruth Sanchez is Executive Director at Project C.U.R.E. She has an extensive 20+ year background in corporate and business development, fundraising events, major gifts, diversity, team training, Six Sigma green belt, and nonprofit business management.
Ruth enjoyed a 16 year career at American Express before joining the ranks of Special Olympics. She held several Development Director Positions in Arizona, Northern California and Nevada successfully raising more than $7.5M between 2008-2016. Ruth was the Development Director at Hope 4 Kids International and successfully implemented the development department before accepting the Project C.U.R.E. Executive Director position in AZ.
Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to address the staggering shortage of medical resources around the world. Since our humble beginnings in a garage in Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has become the world’s largest distributor of donated medical supplies, equipment and services to doctors and nurses serving the sick and dying in more than 130 countries. Each week Project C.U.R.E. delivers approximately three to five semitruck-sized ocean containers packed with the medical equipment and supplies desperately needed to save lives in hospitals and clinics in resource-limited countries.
Ling W. Chang is Founder and CEO of LedgerFunding, Inc., a FinTech company that democratizes business access to and choice of working capital solutions on a funder-agnostic platform with Distributed Ledger Technology.
A lifelong learner, she embarked on the entrepreneurial journey after serving as CEO of Stromasys, a leading processor emulation software company in Geneva, and held engineering, sales and leadership roles at HP Enterprise, CA Technologies, LexisNexis and IBM.
Ubi Sheikh and Tony Mangat are Co-founders at Satluj Network, launching this month! Tony is a serial entrepreneur based in Glendale, Arizona. Originally from Punjab, India, Tony immigrated to the USA on asylum due to religious and political threats in India. Arriving in the US with only $20 in his pocket, Tony has transformed this $20 to multi-million dollars in annual revenue through his group of companies.
Tony is an active philanthropist both in the US and abroad. Tony has built a school in Punjab, India for the benefit of the lesser fortunate children. Tony has also been a major donor to Food For The Poor, donating over 12,000 meals to hungry children around the world.
In 2022 Tony and the Mangat Group announced plans to build a world-class cricket stadium in Buckeye. The 20,000-seat stadium would be the second ICC-Certified cricket stadium in North America and sit on 30 acres just north of Interstate 10 on Miller Road. The proposed stadium would be called MG Cricket Stadium and cost about $50 million. Along with the cricket stadium, the complex would have a training facility, a state-of-the-art soccer field, 30 pickleball courts and two championship courts. An additional 20 acres would be used to build an entertainment district which would include a hotel, a parking garage and shops.

Luis Ramirez is President at Ramírez Advisors Inter-National. Ramirez Advisors is a highly specialized firm dedicated to creating and implementing innovative solutions for cross-border business opportunities and improving the ability for goods and people to cross the border. Luis has over 30 years of experience on US-Mexico border infrastructure projects, North American relations, international business and negotiations, regional economic development, industrial site selection, government procurement, project management and governmental affairs. Luis has dedicated a considerable amount of time, both personal and professional, to fostering better relations with Mexico and Canada, improving the quality of life for the residents of the border and promoting the economic development of the region.
He has led multidisciplinary teams on a number of cross-border projects, including site selection for major manufacturing facilities; design, funding and construction of new ports of entry; assisted companies in pursuing government procurement contracts; and identifying joint venture partners for a variety of business ventures. He serves on multiple professional and charitable boards and was recently re-appointed to the National Advisory Council for the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency as it pertains to the North American Commission for Environmental Cooperation.
Luis received his Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Arizona, Cum Laude and his Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University with a Dean’s Citation of Service. He attended High School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He was born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

Attend via zoom or in-person (401 N 1st Street). Parking is available at street meters all around the downtown ASU campus. There are many spots available at this time of day, and it’s at the regular rate of $3/h. Also consider the parking garages nearby, which are $20. The AZ Republic Parking is adjacent to the building, though remember that you'll need to come around to the 1st Street side via Polk Street for the main entrance to Thunderbird.
