Tine holds an MA in American Studies and has served in a variety of roles, most notably as Youth Advisor for the Prime Minister of Jordan. She believes that every successful partnership starts when you pair an individual’s passion and skills with an environment that is ideal for their growth. Centered around her clients’ needs, Tina ensures that she matches each project with a set of goals that emerge from within a subjects needs to excel and be appreciated, whether it’s directing youth engagement programs, creating new business models and developing creative curriculum. Her dearest Co-Founded Initiatives are NewThink Theatre-Festival and EduArt. Tina leads our Young Global Leaders (YGL) Committee regionally and is also involved in YGL global initiatives as well.

Mounir El Bouamri - CEO/Founder at AICONSULTING
Mounir El Bouamri is the CEO/Founder of AICONSULTING, a Moroccan based consultancy company which helps foreign investors introduce the African market with a focus on Agriculture, Food-industry, and renewable energy sectors. He’s member of the FAO Regional Network of Experts in Agricultural Trade and regional director North Africa of the U.S.-Africa Trade Council based in Georgia with a main role of developing trade between USA and North African Countries and boosting investments in different sectors.
Mounir is the president of Agriculture and Food Industries commission in the CEO Club in Morocco which has as role of connecting and networking between the decision makers in many fields. Since 2019, he was designated as Honorary Representative in the North Africa Region of the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) based in New Delhi – India. This international chamber has a role of liaising with local chambers for joint activities and collaborations and with the local government departments and government agencies for support, help in policy matters, joint activities and collaborations.
Among his current projects is the development of the first Moroccan marketplace of Agricultural and Fish products where wholesalers and importers from all around the world can deal with Moroccan exporters. He is expecting to extend this marketplace to other African countries in the future.
He a consultant who has worked on different programs financed by IFAD, the World Bank, and other organizations in Morocco and abroad with objective to transfer knowledge and expertise to African countries. In 2010, he integrated the water-economy sector and founded a company operating in the irrigation and solar pumping fields where he led many big projects in Morocco. He has been a lecturer and trainer at Cadi Ayyad University on Agricultural project management. He has spoken at major international conferences such as the COP22, New Ag International Africa, Market Access Africa, US-Africa Business summit and more focusing on the opportunities of investments in Africa.
He holds an Engineering degree in Agronomy from Hassan II Polytechnic Institute, a Certificate of “Trainer of trainers” in the field of government procurement approved by the WORLD BANK. Mr. Mounir is active in many professional Associations. He is a member of the National Council of Sworn Experts in Morocco and member of the Syndicat of Moroccan Engineers in Morocco.
