During this session of our YGL Initiative for 2023, we will hear from Eric Dunlap and Necole Turner who will be taking you on a journey to learn and understand the importance of Financial Literacy for the future of your career and business endeavors.

Eric Dunlap, Is Seasoned In Mortgage Banking And CEO And Founder of Dunlaps Speaks. Eric Is A Rare Find In Many Ways, Namely As A Native Atlantan. As a cancer survivor, entrepreneur boasting 20 plus year of experience in the mortgage industry, Dunlap draws on both his personal challenges and professional successes to deliver a practical approach to life and business. With over 25 years of banking and lending experience, Eric Dunlap helps his clients plan for retirement, buy and/or sell a business , and help them finance one of their forever homes. Dunlap’s goal is to encourage, empower and inspire each and every time he speaks. Eric has been a guest Lecturer at one of Atlanta's HBCU's, Morehouse School of Medicine, Tuskegee and Georgia Tech.
As a motivational speaker, Dunlap involves his audience in thought- provoking discussion and presents ideals that promote spiritual, mental and physical growth. The masterful lecturer, facilitator, and life coach, Eric Dunlap, leads his audience to a resonating message of hope, faith, and success. For over 20 years, Eric has served on American Cancer Society's Speakers Bureau, inspiring, uplifting and educating many around cancer, testing and prevention. He Is A Recipient Of Real Men Wear Pink Award. And Also, A Champion In His Own Right, As An Atlanta Braves Diamond Hope Award Winner. Some Other Highlights Are Serving For Over 15 Years National Cancer Survivors Speakers Bureau And Being An Active Member Of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women's Pink & Black Ball: Decatur-DeKalb Chapter. He Was Also A Pink and Black Ball Honoree. Eric lives in Atlanta, GA with wife Felecia. They have two adult sons; one a graduate of Morehouse, like his grandfather and the other a graduate of Georgia State, like his father.

Founder of Innovative Butterfly, LLC.
Necole F. Turner is the founder of Innovative Butterfly, LLC., a company that aids individuals in bringing their dream of owning a small business to fruition. In addition, she is the Creator of the Podcast "The Beautiful Butterfly Project" that focuses on business owners who are intentional about the passionate pursuit of their purpose. Necole F. Turner has over 15 years experience in the educational area of Legal Studies. Further experience includes work in the area of Legal Research and Writing and as a Paralegal in the metro Atlanta area. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the area of Legal Studies at Kennesaw State University.
Most recently she is the co-founder of the Floyd Turner Foundation, Inc which focuses on food insecurity among college students, providing small college scholarships and educating college students on the importance of saving early for retirement in communities of underrepresented and underserved minority students.
