Although the global services trade has shown recovery from its decline within the first year of the global pandemic in 2020, many discussions on international trade still focus on the movement of goods arounds the globe and supply chain disruptions. By 2022, global services exports increased by about 15 percent and reached US$7.1 trillion.
The emphasis solely on export trends for agricultural commodities and manufactured products ignore key players in global trade--service providers.
This webinar fills in this gap by showing service providers how they can generate additional revenue through exports.
By the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the opportunities available for providers of different services in the global marketplace;
- Name at least one resource for funding services exports;
- Describe the role of technology in enhancing services exports; and
- Outline a basic plan to begin the export process for their particular service.
