Clients range from NASA/ YCombinator sponsored startups to world leading "hidden champions" to Blue Chip Fortune 500 companies. At Airbus, he doubled profitability of a subsidiary and led restructuring of the aerostructure detail parts supply chain to include Europe, India, and the US while securing savings of 30% on average. With Kearney, Jens contributed to winning the "Best of Consulting" Award by "Wirtschaftswoche" a business magazine. He's an Aerospace Engineer and Engineering Manager by training and an alum of Delft University of Technology, Dartmouth College, and Harvard Business School.

She has recently started to teach digital transformation and globalization at La Salle, a graduate school for architecture and engineering of Ramon Llull University in Barcelona.
