The insights gained from this work are now being applied to a more scalable purpose— a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) IP legal tech solution branded IPRights4All™.

IPRights4All™ launched in 2024 with pre-seed funding from 1863 Ventures and the District of Columbia. It has since developed a proprietary design and recently launched a minimum viable product with artificial intelligence and blockchain capabilities. After graduating from the Smart City Works Actuator Program (https://smartcityworks.io/) on January 16, 2025, IPRights4All™ is actively seeking funding, community support, and partnerships to make the world a better place through intellectual property rights.

Shawn Levsen - Brokerage Product Development Director, International Sales Manager, Major Account Manager at UPS

Shawn Levsen has worked for over 25 years in UPS international business development.   From his base in the Baltimore/Washington DC region, he now serves as the Regional Director of Brokerage Product Development, responsible for sales of brokerage and international trade services.  Before UPS, he was the International Sales Operations Manager for National Instruments, a technology company with a presence in 38 countries; an International Trade Specialist/Export Policy Analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce working with eastern European development and export compliance; and an Army Intelligence officer.  He holds a MA from American University in Washington, DC and BA from the University of Iowa. Outside daily work, he served two terms as the Chair of the National Association of District Export Councils and continues to teach as an international business adjunct professor.  Occasionally he organizes “The Mechanics of Exporting” seminars for companies wanting to learn more about international supply chain processes.
