Cristina Espiritu - Founder of Sparkvation Consulting

Cristina wears many hats, first as the founder of Sparkvation Consulting, where she serves as a valuation expert and business strategist, specializing in transformative work with companies,  non profits,  and business owners. She determines business value and crafts strategies for growth, value maximization, and strategic pivots across diverse industries. 

She also  currently works with PACE (Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment) as part of the procurement team, helping business owners gain knowledge and the skills to succeed on the world of govt contracting. 

One big  project she’s involved in is ProcureLA, which is launched by LA Mayor Karen Bass in partnership with the City of Los Angeles Economic Workforce Development Department, ProcureLA is the procurement arm of Mayor Bass’ office with regards to procurement activities related to the LA28 Olympics, 2027 NFL and 2026 FIFA World Cup, among other sporting events in LA. Through this program,  free services and resources are provided  to equip small businesses with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully secure contracts.
