TableCross is a food entertainment company that manages the byFood.com platform, and Kaoru Joho is founder and CEO. Her mission is to make food more accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone, and to support local communities and businesses through sustainable and ethical practices. She has been recognized as one of the Forbes Under 30 Asia 2021 in the social impact category.

With more than nine years of experience in the food industry, Kaoru has a passion for connecting people through food and culture, and creating positive social change through gastronomy. She has a global education background, having graduated from Rikkyo University in Japan and studied culture, Spanish, and marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. She also participated in various international programs and partnerships, such as World Chicago, to expand her network and knowledge. She has skills in financial accounting, web development, and digital marketing, and she leads a team of talented and diverse professionals who share her vision and values.
