Dr. Sanjeev Khagram - Board Chair at Altos Bank.
Besides his key leadership role at the bank, Dr. Khagram is Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Stanford University Hoover Institution, and he is co-leader of the Global Chamber® Global Council, an advisory board of global leaders. Dr. Khagram is a world-renowned scholar and practitioner in the areas of globalization, sustainable development, leadership, strategic management, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. He has been a serial entrepreneur and investor across the private, governmental and civic sectors.
Dr. Khagram has founded ventures such as Innovations for Scaling Impact, the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data, and the Desmond Tutu Peace Centre prior to Altos Bank. He has spent the other half of his career in premier higher education institutions including Stanford, Harvard and most recently as Director-General and Dean of the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
Dr. Khagram is currently a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University's Technology Venture Program, Center for International Security and Cooperation, Center for Sustainable Development and Global Competitiveness, and Hoover Institution. He is also an Executive-In-Residence at the Plug and Play Technology Center. He completed all his degrees (undergraduate, graduate and doctorate) from Stanford University. He was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2008 among many other awards and honors.
Jeff Olson - Global HR Strategic Partnerships
Jeff is a key leaders across the Private Equity community, and he is the Advisory Board Chair for Global Chamber® San Francisco. He has a wealth of experience in supporting portfolio companies to navigate the complexities of global compliance and operational efficiency. Jeff is an experienced Business Development Executive with success working in global expansion and financial services industries. He is skilled in client and partner relationship management, business development, and sales.
Jeff is familiar with start-up culture, needs and requirements and its adept at adding value to F100, global enterprise companies. In addition he works well alongside VC/PE/FO colleagues. Over the last 10+ years, Jeff has specialized in providing essential HR, Finance, and Entity Services that enable multinational companies to thrive. With a strategic focus on technology and SaaS sales, enhancing process improvements, and fostering significant partnerships, Jeff collaborates closely with global enterprises clients and private equity stakeholders to facilitate expansion and success through comprehensive support and advisory.
Deep SenGupta - CEO at DSG Global
Deep SenGupta is the Founder & CEO of DSG Global, LLC (www.dsgglobal.com), whose mission is to provide international trade compliance services & training to importers and exporters. Deep has been privileged to assist both the US Government agencies involved in Imports and Exports, as an industry expert. Deep is a sought-after speaker on international trade issues and addresses trade associations around the country.
Deep learned the meaning of “globalization” early, since he spent his childhood in the United Kingdom, Canada and India. He obtained his initial legal education in India (BA and LLB), arrived in the USA for his Masters in Law-Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Washington and received executive education on International Trade from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Prior to DSG Global, Deep was the head of FedEx's international trade consulting group where he assisted numerous companies with their global trade challenges. Prior to joining FedEx, Deep was with KPMG’s Tax & International Trade practice.
Vinayak Gupta - Senior Vice President Operations at Clean Energy Associates (CEA)
Vinayak is SVP Operations at CEA, he's a global business and consulting leader with significant accomplishments in semiconductors and other industries. He has been consulting in a varieties of key roles including previously he was Zero Mass Water's (Source.co) Chief Operating Officer managing global manufacturing, supply chain, quality, reliability, Network Operations, Field Installs and Commercialization of products. Under his tenure the company grew globally while driving cost reduction programs in excess of 50%, achieved industry best product reliability, and scaled Field operations to 30 countries in just under 3 years.
Earlier Vinayak was responsible for the global manufacturing supply chain operations at SolarCity (acquired by Tesla Motors), where he was instrumental in establishing the US Solar Gigafactory, the largest solar manufacturing plant in the western hemisphere. And before SolarCity, Vinayak held executive positions as SVP of Global Operations and VP of Supply Chain Operations at SunEdison, where he scaled their operations globally to a multi-billion dollar enterprise while delivering solar farms and establishing global manufacturing in multiple countries. Prior to SunEdison, Vinayak spent 17 years productizing, scaling and commercializing complex semiconductor products globally at Tier-1 companies like Cypress, AMD, RMI and Netlogic Microsystems.

Vinayak holds an MBA with focus on Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and an MS in Computer Engineering.
Doug Bruhnke - Founder/CEO at Global Chamber
Doug is a global entrepreneur, speaker and author dedicated to helping members of Global Chamber® reach new markets across metros and borders more successfully. In addition we have the opportunity of attracting more leaders to global business, making our world a better place. He's the Founder/CEO of Global Chamber®, operating in 525 metros, 195 countries. He's had a career with DuPont that included expat assignments in Tokyo and Singapore.
Doug has a B.S. Chemical Engineering from University of Utah, with 5 chemical process patents. He also has an Executive MBA Michigan State with 38+ years of exporting and global trade experience.
