Meritxell Mont is a lawyer specialized in legal and tax advisory for companies and international investors, with a strong focus on cross-border operations and corporate structuring. She has extensive experience assisting multinational groups across diverse industries on commercial and tax law matters, market entry strategies, and corporate implementation in Spain, as well as guiding them through international expansion projects in other jurisdictions.

At Capital Auditors and Consultants, Meritxell serves as Manager of the International Department from the firm’s headquarters in Barcelona, where she leads the international business development strategy. In this role, she works closely with global partners, investors, and corporate officers to design efficient structures that align with both legal requirements and business objectives.
