Global Chamber® Monthly Globinar AI Series

The Audited Advantage: Turning AI Harms into Global Growth Strategy

  • Thursday, October 16th at 8am PT / 11am ET / 3pm Accra / 4pm London / 5pm CET / 7pm Dubai / 8:30pm Mumbai / 11pm Singapore
  • Friday, October 17th at 12am Seoul + Tokyo / 2am Sydney

This month's Global Chamber AI Globinar will be structured as an interactive roundtable between Keyaan Williams, Yuka Nakasone, and Jacob Deitz, focusing on a crucial executive challenge: governing AI risk. We will frame this discussion around Keyaan’s core thesis: understanding exposure maximizes the inspiration to design and implement thoughtful AI solutions.
The session will move beyond general anxiety to provide executives and leaders with a roadmap for building trust, ensuring ethical compliance, and mitigating threats as they scale AI across global markets.

Key Discussion Pillars

The roundtable will be divided into three segments, leveraging the unique expertise of all three participants:

1. The Auditor’s Lens: Decoding AI Harms

This segment will establish the tangible costs of negligence. We will use real-world case studies (like the Rite Aid example) to illustrate Keyaan's six core AI Harms: Bias and Discrimination, Security Vulnerabilities, Privacy Risks, Lack of Transparency, Operational Failures, and Regulatory/Ethical Non-Compliance.
  • Goal: Shift the focus from fear to foresight by analyzing the immediate and long-term financial and reputational consequences of poor governance.

2. The Global Ethics Gap

This segment will leverage Yuka’s cross-cultural expertise and Jacob’s systems thinking to explore how these harms are amplified across borders.
  • Focus: How do regulatory differences, data sovereignty laws, and cross-cultural bias complicate AI deployment? We'll discuss how ethical governance is not a legal checklist, but a foundational requirement for global brand trust and building resilient ecosystems.

3. The Governance Roadmap: From Exposure to Execution

The session will pivot to solutions, focusing on proactive strategy.
  • Focus: Keyaan will introduce the frameworks executives can deploy immediately, such as the initial steps of a one-day risk governance program, turning the abstract idea of "governance" into an executable C-suite priority. This segment is designed to provide direct inspiration for strategic, thoughtful action
