Monica Varas was born and raised in South America and was on the brink of completing her college education with dreams of exploring the world of art in Spain. However, her family relocated to the United States due to her father's career opportunity, thrusting her into a new culture and environment that she had to adapt to on her own.

Undeterred by these challenges, Monica embraced the chance to reinvent herself in an unfamiliar territory. Though her initial passion was art, her journey took an unexpected turn toward the insurance industry.

Transitioning into commercial insurance might have seemed like a leap, but Monica viewed it as an opportunity to apply her problem-solving skills. As she navigated the complexities of the insurance world, she eventually founded her own commercial insurance brokerage firm.

Today, as the founder and CEO of VIB Inc., Monica leads a dedicated team providing tailored insurance solutions to business leaders both domestically and internationally. Drawing from her personal experience overcoming cultural barriers, she possesses a unique understanding of the diverse needs and challenges faced by clients worldwide.

Monica’s journey from a young student in South America to a successful entrepreneur in the United States exemplifies her commitment to adaptability, resilience, and excellence. Through her work, she aims to empower businesses to protect their interests and thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.
