With more than a decade of experience across diverse organizational environments, he combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership with a profound social impact.
A pioneer in the design of Responsible AI strategies, he has solid expertise backed by international certifications in Artificial Intelligence, including those from the University of Helsinki, IBM, Microsoft, Founderz, Google, and the Project Management Institute. This background has positioned him as a specialist in applying frameworks of Governance, Ethics, and Compliance to the development and use of emerging technologies, both in the business sector and within civil society organizations.
He holds postgraduate studies in Business Management and Corporate Governance from Universidad Anáhuac México, as well as in Digital Diplomacy and 21st Century Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. Recently, he strengthened his profile with executive programs in Creative Thinking from Imperial College London and Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator from Yale University. His education is complemented by experience in Human Resources management and Human Rights advocacy, consolidating an integral, strategic, and purpose-driven leadership approach focused on the common good.
