Mr. Indhrakheela Madola - People’s Organisation for Development Import & Export (PODIE)

He is served as a sustainable agriculture consultant (organic farming),conducting training programs for farmers,

the local community, and foreign groups. In addition serve as a technical leader at the Organic Participatory Guarantee System (Organic PGS)

at Lanka Good Market Organization Limited, and also working on biodiversity and conservation in Sri Lanka.

Further, he is graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation & Management, specializing in Horticulture & Landscape Gardening,

at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. At present reading the his PhD and discover seven new plant species to the world.

Currently, he is working as an operations manager in the People's Organisation for Development Import And Export.

Ms. Inoka Kodithuwakku – Ceylon Eco Spices (Pvt) Ltd

Irangani Kodithuwakku holds an MBA in Marketing from the UK, and she is also a certified Human Resource Management professional with CQHRM status from CIPM. With experience at Ceylon Eco Spices, she has played a key role in business development and marketing within the spice export sector. Her combined expertise in marketing and human resources empowers her to effectively drive brand growth while managing human capital. Inoka's professional focus is on advancing the Sri Lankan spice industry through strategic marketing and operational leadership.
