Globinar Global Business Culture

Tips, Techniques and Perspectives

  • Thursday, December 4th at 7am PT / 8am AZ / 10am ET / 3pm London

What are the best techniques for the global tribe to succeed ACROSS cultures? What level of understanding of individual cultures is needed, and how best to maneuver through to be effective in 10, 20, 100+ cultures?

This is our second of regular conversations with a members of Global Chamber® to sort throughy what's required to be more global and UNSTOPPABLE not just in one part of one country, but across each country, and the world.

Welcome global tribe!

We're forming a global committee to discuss and move this topic forward. Jump in at whichever level that you'd like to be involved.

Speaker:

Rhonda L. Bowen -  Founder, bells and Midwise Alliance

Welcome to Rhonda Bowen's world, where communication transcends borders and cultures, and wisdom meets inspiration. With over three decades of experience as a global strategic communication guide, Rhonda has been instrumental in bridging the gaps between individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds.

Born and raised the United States but calling Germany home since 1983, Rhonda brings a unique perspective shaped by interactions with people from over 70 countries. Established in 1988, her business has been a beacon of support and insight for thousands of BEST professionals—those in business, engineering, science, and technology—seeking to navigate the complexities of cross-cultural communication. Culture is not just based on geography, but also on the organizational divides that occur in global organizations.

Rhonda's mission is clear: to empower her clients to become more effective and efficient communicators, ultimately leading to better results and higher success in both their professional and personal endeavors. Through a myriad of programs and services, including individual and team coaching, negotiation seminars, and online and offline facilitation, Rhonda equips her clients with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in today's interconnected world. Her newest calling is the Midwise Alliance, a global ecosystem to showcase the wisdom from the middle of society and give those who are normally not seen or heard the opportunity to express themselves in a way they feel comfortable with, gain confidence and co-create the solutions and innovations to make a greater impact on the world.

But Rhonda's impact extends beyond the boardroom. Embodying the principles of flexibility, insight, and tolerance, she actively engages with global organizations such as World Values Day and Soroptimist International to improve the lives of people worldwide. As a lay speaker for her church and a passionate traveler and pianist, Rhonda finds inspiration in the diversity of human experiences, shaping her vision for a more connected and harmonious world. She is deeply involved in AI, having attended the UN Summit AI for Good in Geneva, Switzerland twice in person and is now focused on the integration of natural, human and artificial intelligence to open the possibilities to make our world a better place.

Join Rhonda Bowen on a journey of transformation, where wisdom meets inspiration, and communication knows no boundaries.
