Mr. Nakul Sharedalal, Chairman – IPR & Legal Issues, Knowledge Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI)

Nakul Sharedalal is a Founder of N S Legal the Law Firm and also the Chairman of the ASSOCHAM IPR Gujarat Council. The firm advises its domestic & international clients across all spectrums of intellectual property issues. He is a Master of Laws from Queen Mary, University of London. He has specialized in Commercial and Corporate Laws. He also is the Honorary Global Advisor at CIAC - Confederation of International Accreditation Commission.

Beside this, he has served as a Mentor at an International Start Up Company. At firm, he undertakes work relating to drafting and preparing documents for licensing, Technology Transfer agreements, investigations, searches, prosecutions, litigations, ant counterfeiting operations, arbitration and handling settlements. Apart from his professional commitments, he loves to educate and enlighten his fellow countrymen and statesmen about Intellectual Property. After pursuing his Master of Laws, he especially returned to India from Great Britain, to further his ideology of making his country ever steady in IPR.

He is a regular speaker at various Apex bodies and Educational Institutions. Having such an extensive IPR legacy behind him, he believes in spreading awareness by stimulating the innovators and creators to nose dive in to the world of IPR.
