Join our expert-led webinar series designed for business leaders, startups, nonprofits, and innovators who want to harness AI’s potential strategically and responsibly, with clarity instead of hype. With over 20 years of experience across data, AI, and emerging technologies, our speaker will demystify what modern AI can (and can't) do, and share a practical approach to using AI tools to support growth while reducing avoidable risks.
You'll learn the essentials of AI literacy for business: key concepts like hallucinations, bias, and privacy pitfalls, why AI output can feel trustworthy even when it's wrong, and how to apply simple "human-in-the-loop" practices to validate results and protect your organization. Whether you're just getting started or already experimenting with tools, you'll leave with practical examples, starter prompts, and a straightforward checklist to help you move into 2026 with confidence.
In this session, you'll take away:
- A plain-English understanding of today's AI and common misconceptions
- How to spot and reduce hallucinations and bias in real business contexts
- A simple privacy rule-of-thumb for what not to share with AI tools
- Ready-to-use prompts for common SME workflows (marketing, ops, customer communications)
- A lightweight "responsible AI" checklist to guide safer adoption in 2026
