Known for transforming underperforming teams into high-performing, motivated units, Carla blends strategic process with the art of authentic conversation. She works with businesses at every stage - whether that means putting brand new teams in place or strengthening teams that are already established. Carla also brings a unique perspective on the differences between the US and UK markets - and why some approaches simply won’t land with British buyers. 

 

 

Katie Keith - Founder of Katie Keith Collective

Katie Keith is a Business Growth & Change Strategist, Executive Coach known for helping leaders and organisations expand across borders, build strategic influence, and lead with impact on the world stage. Originally from Australia and now based in the UK, Katie brings a distinctly global perspective to her work shaped by over 25 years of experience across corporate leadership, international business development, and transformational change. 

As the Founder of KK Collective, Katie leads a global leadership platform dedicated to empowering senior women in business. Through Rebel Circles (curated peer groups), 1:1 coaching, and emotional intelligence development using the CCR3 Discovery Tool, she helps leaders break through internal barriers, scale their influence, and build legacy-driven success.
