With over a decade of diverse experience in consulting, business strategy, and strategic planning, Sourer currently serve as a Global Advisor at Global Chamber, supporting business in Somaliland and the region. She has a particular expertise in ag project, and she will share some work she's doing the region.

Passionate about enabling growth and innovation, Sourer brings a collaborative mindset to addressing complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions. Her mission aligns with fostering global connections and empowering organizations to achieve sustainable success through tailored strategies and expert guidance.
