With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar's work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ganpat has actively engaged with numerous regional and international organizations in trading and consultancy roles, playing a pivotal role in their successes and building strong professional relationships. He is a staunch advocate for the investment in human capital, adhering to the principle that nurturing people and skills fosters achievement of collective goals.

Dedicated to community upliftment, Mr. Ganpat invests his time in mentoring young individuals and women, imparting knowledge on finance, management, and business models to promote self-sufficiency and enhance well-being.

In his leisure time, Mr. Ganpat enjoys boating, participating in mixed martial arts, basketball, table tennis, and traveling the world with his wife and children, embracing diverse cultures and experiences.
