Connie Kadansky - Master Certified Coach and President of Exceptional Sales Performance

Connie Kadansky is a Master Certified Coach and President of Exceptional Sales Performance, an international coaching and training practice specializing in developing resilient, high-performing sales and leadership teams. Connie is a Positive Intelligence® (PQ)- powered teamwork coach and an organization and relationship systems coach (ORSC) who helps global teams understand themselves as a living relationship system and intentionally Design Team Alliances that foster psychological safety, trust, and sustainable performance through change. She emphasizes Team Alliances not as one-time agreements but as living agreements that are consistently revisited and revised so teams can adapt together in the face of ongoing disruption. With more than two decades of experience working with diverse organizations worldwide, she equips leaders to navigate disruption, reduce internal friction, and build collaborative, emotionally intelligent cultures that can thrive in 2026 and beyond.

Susan Assadi - Executive Director at Global Chamber New York City & Chief Media Strategist at GAPR

Susan Assadi is the founder of GAPR, a communications firm with an emphasis on expert and thought leadership campaigns. She is a highly respected national media strategist who helps her clients to be promoted to the national media, weaving in compelling stories that resonate with top media outlets. Her campaigns have enabled her clients to have features and recurring citations in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Reuters and Bloomberg. As a result of her campaigns, her clients have been boosted into leaders of their respective fields. Susan has over four decades representing public and private companies in the financial services, corporate governance and the proxy industry, alternative energy, and those with an emphasis on responsible business practices such as ESG. Most recently she has been working with disruptors who are helping to build the domestic supply chain of rare earth materials.

Her firm’s campaigns are fresh, creative, tech savvy, and innovative, a cocktail that engenders powerful results.

Susan also has represented some leading non-profits. She also co-founded Safed House, a non-profit, that provides a welcoming place for refugees and recent immigrants to share their stories. In this time of turmoil, she is actively working to build communication pathways between Jews and Muslims.

Prior to founding her own PR firm, Susan was the publicist for PBS MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour. Susan also worked with CBS Entertainment pitching prime time entertainment programs. She received a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from New York University, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Susan also is the executive director of Global Chamber New York City, that builds connectivity for SMEs focused on global business that want to build their connectivity to markets where they want to establish a footprint.

Rubby A Golo - Executive Director at Global Chamber® Accra | Founder/CEO at Global Trade Consult

Rubby A Golo is the Founder/CEO of Global Trade Consult a Ghanaian-based consultancy firm supporting foreign organizations with business interests in Ghana. The firm helps companies understand, access, and manage business opportunities by helping foreign companies’ trade and invest in Ghana.Rubby is an experienced Trade & Investment expert with a demonstrated history of working in the International Trade Investment space for almost two decades with UK Trade Investment (UKTI) and now the Department for Business and Trade (DTI) within the British High Commission, Accra) before setting up her business.

She is currently a member of the Advisory Board for the Livestock; Fisheries Chamber, Board Member for Junior Achievement (JA) Ghana, Ghana Advisor for the Scottish Africa Business Association (SABA), Country Advisor for Turnkey International Business Group (Turkey), and Country Business Partner for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC). She also acts as the Executive Director for Global Chamber (USA) in Ghana and a Board Member of OWIT Ghana Chapter and Advisory Board Member of KOVAnoid. Also has great passion to helping businesses grow internationally and women/youths discover their entrepreneurial talents and skills. She is married, with a lovely daughter and very devoted to her family.

Mi Jeong Hibbitts - Founder & CEO of Robert and William | Executive Director at Global Chamber® Baltimore/Washington

Mi Jeong Hibbitts is an international business and marketing expert with extensive expertise in the areas of international trade, marketing, advertising, journalism/media, finance, and the US government. Mi Jeong is currently the Executive Director for the Global Chamber® Baltimore/Washington region, an organization that helps members in 525 metro areas worldwide, and growing, bridge new global business opportunities. Mi Jeong is also president of Robert & William, LLC, an international trade and marketing consulting firm located in Maryland where she brings decades of broad working experience in the private and public sectors in the US and overseas. Her services focus on assisting companies engaging in cross border trade between the US and Asia by providing strategic guidance and practical knowhow, including providing leads and contacts related to market entry, development, and expansion strategy.

Stefanie Austin – Executive Director at Global Chamber® Dallas Fort Worth

Stefanie Austin is a seasoned healthcare operations executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare and business operations. She is the Founder and CEO of Austin Global Solutions, a business process outsourcing and strategic consulting firm that partners with healthcare organizations and growing businesses to strengthen operations, optimize performance, and scale sustainably.

Stefanie has held senior leadership roles across hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory networks, where she has led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and driven initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality outcomes, patient experience, and physician engagement. Her expertise includes practice management, revenue cycle partnership, KPI development, change management, and enterprise-wide process improvement.

In addition to her work with Austin Global Solutions, Stefanie serves as the Executive Director of Global Chamber Dallas–Fort Worth, supporting economic development and global business collaboration. Known for her strategic mindset and people-centered leadership, she brings clarity, discipline, and integrity to every organization she serves.
